you would hear…
Monkey drops a toy, “Crap!”
Monkey watches YouTube videos, “Craaaaap, craaaaaap, crap.”
Monkey sees Duhdee with his drill, “Crap! Crap! Crap! Pwease?”
Monkey and Duhdee drive Umma to the train station. “Craaaaap! Praaap! Crap!”
*Sigh* He’ll get tired of the word eventually, right? It’s really hard to ignore. Duhdee tried to redirect him to “crab” and Monkey demonstrated that he can say “crab” perfectly…then returned to his favorite word. It makes me a little sad for the days when all we heard was “home? home? HOME!”
Try COWS. it works great in an office too. The ‘o’ gives it a good mouth feel. Much like parrots, I imagine it is the enthusiasm you say it with that encourages the… parroting.
At least he is only saying crap and not the other words that he repeated.
How is the dog situation doing?? Getting better I hope?
What is Duhdee doing with the drill now? It is so cute that Monkey loves to help Duhdee — and Duhdee is quite talented in doing what he has to do and still watch Monkey so that he does not get hurt or hurt something else??
Duhdee was putting up shelves in our bedroom closet.
Copper is better, not great but getting around. Stairs are still off limits and his walks are restricted. His joints are going to be swollen for some time.
