This has been a consistent game in our lives for the last two or three years. Even as his speech gets clearer and clearer there are still times when we just have NO idea what he is trying to say. It seems like every time I ask you to play along something clicks and we figure it out. I am counting on you to work your magic once again because this one has been going on for weeks now and it’s driving me bat-shiznit crazy and I’m really trying to cut back on my crazy these days. So.
Every weekday morning, on our drive to school, we drive through Inman Square ((Go ahead and Google Map that because it’s one nutty intersection.)). As we approach the intersection Monkey calls out “T K!”
What. The. Fudge?
He has, lately, begun to use it at a few other intersections now too but it clearly has something to do with the traffic lights. We’re stumped so let’s see you work your magic my peeps.
Wish I could help but I do not have a clue! Alex’s speech is relatively good these days but I am finding it more difficult to understand him. Over the years as he has become clearer but my hearing has become fuzzier! Poor thing must be tired of me asking him to repeat what he said, although he does not show it. Hearing test for me next month after which I may be sporting a hearing aid.
